We assess your windows in person and apply proven bird-safe treatments, and we're curating a small shop of the same materials for people who want to do it themselves.
Reflections change through the day, so we photograph each pane and note which ones read as sky or foliage to a bird flying at it.

Chickadee began as a photography project along the edges of Fontenelle Forest and grew into something more direct. Once you notice the number of birds moving through Omaha each spring and fall, the number that don't make it past our windows starts to feel like something you can do something about.
We do bird-safe assessments and retrofits in the Omaha metro, share what we're seeing on the way, and are putting together a small shop so people outside our service area can treat their own windows with the same materials we use.
